ZytrixonTech provides a bulk email sending platform. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the service for any reason, without notice at any time.

3. Anti-Spam Policy

You agree NOT to use the service for sending unsolicited emails (SPAM). Any account found violating this will be terminated immediately without refund.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. ZytrixonTech cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ZytrixonTech be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
